Snowshoe excursions and downhill Snowboarding

Guided excursions for small groups are available on request; excursions in moonlight are also organised.  Walking along virgin slopes with snowshoes you can reach extraordinary panoramic viewpoints – don’t miss this unique experience. There are rules to follow, in order to fully enjoy the excursion and safely reach your destination. Our expert alpine guides will  advise you in choosing the route and will give you basic knowledge of the correct procedures on the slopes. Equipment rental is available. GLIDING

Try piloting a glider – perhaps gliding is the sport for you!

The package includes one flight in a two-seater with an expert pilot on board an AS K21 glider . The flight lasts on average 30 minutes, but the whole activity, including safety briefing and preparation, requires about two hours.

On good weather days it is possible to admire a view of the Alps which stretches as far as the eye can see. For about 30 minutes in the silence of gliding you will enjoy a truly unique excitement and, with a bit of luck, it might be possible to meet hawks and other birds of prey which will draw up alongside you during the thermal ascent  and the long soars.

A gliding experience is also a unique gift for someone to spend a few hours in the company of expert pilots in a beautiful and well equipped  aeroclub deep in the countryside, discovering the fascinating characteristics of a glider and experiencing the magic of glider flight. With a glider you can try out the concept of flying and take advantage of the thermal currents to  travel many kilometers without using a single drop of fuel!

HOT AIR BALLOON

Together with members of staff and pilots you will take an active part in the preparations, to see the balloon filling up with hot air until it rises from the ground. This enchanting experience, halfway between reality and fantasy is suitable for all ages and available all year round, with tailor-made solutions and flights. During the flight, the feeeling of levitation in the embrace of silence frees the imagination; the ground transforms and the eyes grab it in an unusual synthesis, and then you look up to contemplate breathtaking landscapes from an exclusive position. The silence is interrupted only by brief counterpoints of the air warming up, almost like wings fluttering …almost like a breath. Flying in a hot air balloon is like brushing against the sky with one finger while still  feeling its distance, letting the wind softly cradle us, playing with the clouds, seeing the world from above reaching towards the line between sky and ground while wrapped up in a wicker basket. Suspended in midair, you can caress the tree tops, flying over lawns and fields a few centimetres from the ground, skimming the water of lakes and rivers.
